Tossed Leaf Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Tossed Leaf Affiliate Program. By applying, accessing an affiliate account, or using a referral link or code, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must provide complete and accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and control the channels identified in the application. Participation begins only after written approval. Tossed Leaf may approve, reject, suspend, disable, or close an account based on program integrity, legal, brand, security, or operational concerns.

2. Independent relationship

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal representatives of Tossed Leaf. Affiliates cannot make commitments, warranties, pricing promises, or representations on behalf of Tossed Leaf.

3. Promotion and disclosure rules

  • Clearly and prominently disclose the affiliate relationship wherever a referral link, code, endorsement, or recommendation appears.
  • Use truthful, current, and supportable statements. Do not make misleading health, nutrition, earnings, availability, price, or delivery claims.
  • Do not use spam, purchased lists, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden links, impersonation, fake reviews, or unauthorized paid advertising.
  • Follow the rules of every platform used and all advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws that apply to the affiliate and audience.
  • Do not target children or collect personal information for Tossed Leaf.

4. Brand and content

Tossed Leaf grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved brand materials only for program promotion. Brand assets may not be altered in a misleading way. Domain names, social handles, advertisements, or pages must not imply ownership of, or official status with, Tossed Leaf. All goodwill remains with Tossed Leaf.

5. Referral attribution

Eligible direct orders may be attributed through the approved referral link or code under the attribution model and window shown in the affiliate dashboard. Partner-kiosk orders belong to the separate Partners Network and are excluded. Tracking may be affected by customer settings, blocked cookies, incorrect codes, device changes, technical failures, or other factors.

6. Commission eligibility and adjustments

Commission applies only to eligible direct-order subtotals recorded by Tossed Leaf. Delivery charges, taxes, tips, refunds, discounts, non-commissionable items, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, cancelled orders, failed payments, expired payments, chargebacks, and refunded orders are excluded. Tossed Leaf may correct duplicate, erroneous, manipulated, or fraudulent attribution and reverse related commission.

7. Payouts, taxes, and records

Commission becomes available only after the applicable review and hold period. Payouts require the configured minimum balance, valid payout details, identity or tax information when required, and administrative review. The affiliate is responsible for taxes, declarations, fees, and legal obligations associated with affiliate income. Dashboard and accounting records control in the event of a discrepancy, subject to documented correction.

8. Account security

Affiliates must protect their credentials, use accurate account and payout information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Credentials and referral codes may not be sold, transferred, shared, or sublicensed.

9. Suspension, termination, and deletion

Tossed Leaf may freeze or disable access while reviewing suspected violations. Material breach, fraud, manipulation, unlawful activity, brand misuse, or repeated noncompliance may result in termination and forfeiture of invalid or unlawfully obtained commission. Deletion blocks access and new referrals while required financial, fraud-prevention, consent, and audit records may be retained.

10. Confidentiality and data protection

Non-public program, customer, operational, and commercial information must be kept confidential and used only for authorized program purposes. Affiliates must not attempt to access customer information or tracking data beyond what appears in their dashboard. Personal data is handled as described in the Affiliate Privacy Policy.

11. Service changes and availability

Tossed Leaf may change commission rates, attribution rules, eligible products, hold periods, payout methods, program features, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email when reasonably practicable. Continued participation after an effective change constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

The program is provided on an “as available” basis. Tossed Leaf does not guarantee approval, traffic, conversions, earnings, uninterrupted tracking, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tossed Leaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from program participation.

13. Governing rules and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Tossed Leaf operating entity, without overriding mandatory consumer, employment, tax, advertising, or data-protection law. Questions or notices may be sent to admin@tossedleaf.com.
